Can I reschedule an appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule an appointment 12 hours in advance from your booked appointment time from the platform itself. Rescheduling after that may be possible on a case to case basis for which you can contact us via whatsapp support or our helpline number. 

What happens if I am not able to show up for my appointment? 

Missed appointments without advance notice can be disruptive. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can make the appointment time available to others. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for missed appointments without prior notification. If you'd like to reschedule your appointment or discuss alternatives, please contact us.

Can I cancel my appointment?

Absolutely! If you're unsure about your next appointment, it's best to cancel. This helps us make that time available for other clients. As a plan user, you'll get your consultation/session count restored for cancellations made at least 3 hours in advance.

Can I get a refund? 

We understand that your needs might change, and we're committed to finding a solution that works for you. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact our support team via email or WhatsApp. We'll do our best to address your concerns. If we're unable to resolve the issue, we may offer a partial refund for your remaining sessions, minus a 30% processing fee.
